Ethical revenue collection in times of financial hardship report

March 12, 2024

With Australia grappling a growing cost of living crisis, and stagnant wage growth, families are suffering ever-increasing financial stress.

76% expect further inflation and increases in the cost of living, with 43% spending less to prepare for potentially tougher financial conditions.

Attendees were asked to explore their revenue collection challenges in the current economic landscape, and this paper highlights their challenges, opportunities, and how they are pivoting to meet the demand.
