In this short demo, our solution expert Nitin Tiwari presents the Schedule Compression Method in Oracle Primavera P6 Professional. This method includes both Fast Tracking and Crashing techniques which allow a project to be completed in time.

FAST TRACKING is compressing the project schedule by overlapping activities that would normally be done in sequence, such as design and construction.

CRASHING  is taking action to decrease the total project durations after analysing several alternatives to determine how to get the maximum duration compression for the least cost.
