The change required: Very manual and complex processes due to disparate systems. Aging legacy CRM and in-house telephony systems could no longer accommodate growth. Customers were telling them they were not easy to do business with. Essity needed a solution that enabled them to service their customers holistically and the ability to interact with customers consistently across all platforms.
