Cash Converters improves financial reporting capabilities and minimises financial compliance risk

November 15, 2022

With more than 150 stores in Australia and over 600 worldwide, Cash Converters recognised that moving to the cloud was an opportunity to modernise their financial processes and improve transactional reporting.

The company’s existing ERP system was dated, had limited reporting capabilities and lacked functionality. Cash Converters’ combination of retail and financial services required a complex GST structure. They needed more automation—particularly concerning tax compliance. To overcome these challenges, Cash Converters selected Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and chose DXC Technology to help undertake the transition. Now live, the new solution is helping to reduce financial and tax compliance exposure whilst providing better financial reporting to stakeholders. Read the case study to learn more.

“It gives our executive team peace of mind because its automation features ensure transactional data is recorded accurately, which helps reduce our financial and tax compliance exposure while providing better financial reporting to all stakeholders.”
